Following are three reviews submitted by recent guests of The Caldwell House, all planning a return trip:

“What hospitality!!!!!!! And that’s coming from a Texan.

What an awesome visit. We enjoyed a mini- family reunion coupled with wife’s high school reunion. I do not think the staff of the Caldwell House could have been any more accommodating. They are absolutely amazing. The food was excellent. I was able to go anywhere on the first floor with my scooter. The handicap accommodations are excellent. I can’t wait to enjoy my next stay there which can’t come soon enough.

Gracious Charm and Hospitality

Our recent family stay at the Caldwell House in Abbeville La couldn’t have been better!

Both Mae and Carolyn met our every need and then some! Their southern hospitality was five star! The rooms were sparkling clean and filled with warmth and charm! We are already planning our return visit!

“Great food, better hospitality!”

We rented the entire house for our family reunion/homecoming weekend. The house is very comfortable and the food was wonderful. It was the hospitality of the staff that made the weekend so enjoyable. They treated us like family. We are planning to return next year.
